Ok so why the e-mail telling you to check out this blog?....Well I'm not good at New Years Resolutions (especially if they include weight loss), so I thought I'd make myself a New Years goal. My passion is photography and as my own family as business grows I find less time to learn more about the art of photography and near no time to share my work. So this will help me learn and allow you to (on occasion) get some great shots of my family, as well as a general idea of what we've been up to.
I plan on starting on January 1st and posting a new photo each day for the entire year. Ok so there will be times where we are out of town or busy, but I still plan on getting at least 1 shot each day and posting as soon as I can.
Not all shots will be of my family, even though I could photograph them everyday, they wouldn't fall for the idea. So you may find shots of places we visit, unique people we see or meet, or maybe even our yearly new additions (a couple of baby hummingbirds born in our flowering bush out front. You'll just have to check regualrly to find out.
Please always feel free to comment on my photos, good or bad. That's the only way I can learn to see in a different perspective.
